Yes. All personal information and responses are handled strictly in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
No. MyDiri provides mental wellness screening and guidelines, not a clinical diagnosis. Always consult a medical professional or licensed therapist for official diagnosis.
While basic screening is free, users can pay a one-time fee of RM 20 (plus SST where applicable) to unlock and generate a detailed clinical PDF report of their scores across all 9 domains to print or email.
A licensing agreement due to expire next year should not be assumed to renew automatically unless the agreement says so. Hikmah Vision will make an assessment before any renewal based on instrument performance, platform needs, usage rights, psychometric considerations and MyDiri's strategic planning. In the long term, we also want MyDiri to hold its own intellectual assets and psychological instruments, developed and scientifically validated, so the platform has stronger sustainability and scalability.
MyDiri is being positioned for the B2C, B2B, educational-institution and government-agency markets. In pitching sessions, what we emphasise is not merely the number of psychological instruments MyDiri carries. The larger value proposition is MyDiri's ability to help organisations and individuals move from assessment → understanding → development → intervention → monitoring. That makes MyDiri relevant not only to individuals facing psychological difficulties, but also to healthy individuals who want to strengthen their resilience, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, personal effectiveness and potential. For actual sales figures, we must distinguish clearly between market engagement, potential clients, pilots, the commercial pipeline and confirmed sales — only confirmed sales should be reported as actual sales.
MyDiri's model is proposed as a hybrid subscription ecosystem. For individuals, there is basic access plus premium options for assessments, self-development and additional features. For organisations, subscriptions can be offered based on the number of users, the modules and the duration of use. Beyond subscriptions, Hikmah Vision can generate revenue through corporate wellbeing programmes, organisational analytics, professional psychological services, training, consultation, personalised development programmes and referral services. So we are not selling "one psychological test" — we offer a continuous psychological development journey.
There are indeed many mental health, wellbeing, counselling and psychological assessment apps in the market. But we want MyDiri to have a different positioning: "MyDiri is not only about identifying what is wrong with you. It is about discovering what is strong within you and developing what you can become." This matters greatly. That is why, beyond depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD and the like, MyDiri's next stage of development gives greater attention to positive psychology and human potential — personality, aptitude, resilience, strengths, emotional regulation, self-efficacy, motivation and psychological wellbeing. With that, MyDiri moves from a mental health platform to a psychological wellbeing and human potential platform.
